The original Coffee Collective is in Jægersborggade. Queue up for some excellent coffee in Jægersborggade, which also offers great boutique shopping and good restaurants. My top tip, one person queues for coffee and the other for apple croissants across the street at Meyers.

Go by Emmerys on Islands Brygge 79 for a coffee and a danish on your way there, or a nice Italian meal at Scarpetta on Islands Brygge 81 on your way back.
