Top 3 Coffee and Baking

They may as well have ⅓ of our paycheque, as the baking here is fantastic and varied. They have two locations, one of which is in a main village, and just a short, pleasant walk away. Do not leave Whistler without having a coffee and scone from Purebread.

Located in the Fairmont, just a short walk away is this coffee and treat gem. Their coffee is exceptional and rumour has it their doughnuts are the best in town. We haven’t tried them yet, so if you do, please let us know.

Located in Creekside with arguably the best americano in Whistler. They are entirely plant-based, so don’t expect milk for your americano, but even this dairy-lover can appreciate the quality of the coffee. Pair with a piece of their focaccia (odd combo, I know) but a lovely afternoon treat for a post hike treat.

Top 3 Places for Happy Hour

Some people say the service here isn’t great, but we’ve only had good experiences. Also, during happy hour craft beers are $4.00, who can complain about that? Their pizza and salads are exceptional, so we love it.

Earls is the most popular place in Whistler for Happy Hour, this means is can get very busy. There’s a fairly large range of items on happy hour, though go well before happy hour ends to ensure you get a table and thus your order in before happy hour ends.
