Hilltop park is a must see for breathtaking views of the City and port. The start of the trail is a 5-minute walk from our place, and it's then a moderately strenuous hike up the hill, but well worth it once you reach the top.

Drinks

One of the coolest spots to get a drink down town, the federal bar was an old bank converted into a stylish bar with high vaulted ceilings. The ambience is pleasant and they have a secret speakeasy downstairs, just use the password "Rudy sent me".

Alex's bar is a local favorite. They have a good selection of drinks and often play live music performed by indie bands. Definitely an energetic atmosphere. They also host trivia nights on Mondays.

More of a high end bar for cocktails, the Stave bar is definitely a must if you want a well made drink by a reputable bartender. Their whiskey sours are perhaps the best in the world.
