Farm to Kitchen. We take our food very seriously on the island and try to give you what others can’t: a real, flavourful home-cooked feeling using the best and safest local ingredients we know. We grow our own vegetables, citrus, herbs, and poultry. We have access to the freshest non- farmed seafood and cook only with natural organic ingredients. We prepare fresh salads and greens, grilles or steamed seafood, grilled meat, rice potatoes, pastas, fresh fruits, home-made bread, and a slew of other dishes we can customise to suite our guests’ needs. We use canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, and extra virgin coconut oil when cooking and avoir MSG and other artificial flavorants as well as avoid
