Food scene

So many wonderful restaurants and cafes in the beautiful township of Brunswick Heads. We highly recommend La Casita for delicious Mexican (fantastic cocktails!) bookings essential, MilkMaids for the best burgers for the family, the Brunswick Pub which is an iconic pub, great for live music or weekly meal specials, The Footbridge for breakfast, Ethel for great coffee and takeaway meals and also Fleet for a 5 star experience (bookings are essential here and very hard to get!!!).

A great cafe attached to a real local general store with organic wines, foods and fresh produce just a stones throw from our home. Across the street is a secret local hang, right on the river enjoy a picnic while looking at the most beautiful river.

Sightseeing

The river at high tide is so incredible, fantastic for swimming or if you are keen, jumping off of the iconic wooden bridge with kids and grown ups alike! The park is fantastic for kids and the fairy trail is also a beautiful way to walk around the township.
