The Dish

Welcome to Seattle, where if permitted, the rain will deter you from absolutely everything you set out to do. Never fear, when the rain strikes, go inside for bites. Here are a few of our favorite digs. Without further adieu, the dish....
Best micheladas in the city. And their taco game is as varied as it is delicious. Come for the food. Stay for the cocktails. Burn off the extra calories afterwads by taking a short walk to Gas Works.

On Monday nights, the kitchen is converted to turn out some of, if not the best, paella in town. Mark my words. There is no better meal to be had in Seattle on a Monday night. Reserve a rooftop seat to make the experience even more enjoyable. Or grab a seat at the bar.

It's hard to pass on the mocha, featuring chocolate from fellow Fremontier (Fremont + chocolatier) Theo. But these baristas know how to craft a drink.

One of my favorite settings to sit and sip, for an hour. Or two. It's a little difficult to find. Seek out Radiator Whiskey to make it easier on yourself. One of the better chocolate chip cookies in town.
