Affectionately known as San Pancho. San Pancho has preserved its rural essence and the authenticity of a picturesque Mexican town. Here one can still enjoy the serenity and the principles of old Mexico; where people take the time to chat rather than rushing to do business. Just an hour’s drive north of Puerto Vallarta airport but a world apart, San Pancho sits peacefully upon a wide palm-fringed golden beach wrapped in a lush cloak of verdant jungle. Quiet cobblestone streets provide visitors and residents a safe haven in which to wander and discover the town, with delightful restaurants close at hand to enjoy delicious refreshment. Sightseeing

Nestled in the southernmost cove of the world's 7th largest bay, lies the peaceful village of Yelapa, Jalisco, Mexico. Although there is a road which leads to the pueblo, it is most easily accessible by boat. Transportation to the village departs daily from various locations in the Puerto Vallarta area. Yelapa's tranquillity is ideal for those looking to stay, for that entirely laid-back vacation. The beach is covered in a blanket of golden sand, and is a superb place to swim, snorkel, or parasail. If you are not that energetic you can just relax in one of the numerous beach chairs, soak up the sun, and enjoy a cold drink. from: http://www.yelapa.info/

From: http://www.allaboutpuertovallarta.com/blog/galerias-vallarta-shopping-mall/ Sometimes it rains, sometimes visitors need a break from the sun on a hot day. Sometimes it’s simply a desire for some retail therapy. Whichever your reason Puerto Vallarta’s Galerias Vallarta can be a perfect destination to spend a few hours on your trip to Puerto Vallarta. Inside the mall visitors can browse well known international merchandise, take in a movie, or snack at the many familiar chain restaurant and cafes. For some, it can provide the comforts of home.

Getting Around

There is a bus stop right outside of the community that takes you downtown; the bus is white with green accents, and has a sign that says Versalles. To get back to the house, look for the same type of bus in the Malecón area. There are other lines that can take you to further places like Bucerias and Sayulita, which must be boarded on the main avenue, not far from the house.
