In Berlin things are rarely bars OR nightclubs OR music venues. This one's all three, plus its sister, Tiki Heart, next door is a restaurant and a clothing store and a tiki bar. Rock'n'roll, shots til dawn, this is a real local scene. Just be careful not to sit at the "Stammtisch" table right next to the bar (for local bar staff and close regulars only). You'll be asked to leave.

Go climb the actual Kreuzberg, or "cross mountain" as it's literally translated. It's not high up, but the views are expansive and the park is lovely.

Well it's a park, and also nature, history and community… It's the old air field of Tempelhof airport. Fly a kite, grill a sausage, ride a bike, rollerblade… There's plenty of life here, just go and wander around!
