Crabby's has a great atmosphere, happy staff, and good food. They are reasonably priced too. Crabby's is always busy! They have music on all day with live local musicians playing at the outside restaurant bar area most days from 1:00-6:00pm.

Roosterfish is a neighborhood gem! Happy staff and good food that is reasonably priced. It is not at the beach, so is more quiet. If you sit on the outside covered patio you will see many turtles and fish below in the large pond under the patio.

A beautiful 1 mile walk around the lake. Total 3 miles if you walk from my front door. Always good bird watching. I always see an alligator, but they know I'm amazed at these creatures!

Use Uber or Lyft if you plan to have cocktails. In a pinch, as your host I will gladly provide a ride for you.
What to pack
What to wear
Casual attire! I've lived here for 6 years and wear shorts and flip flops 350 days a year. The remaining days I wear sweatshirts and leggings and tennis shoes.
