Great fishing. There is a trail that goes along the shore from parking to the dam.
Lake is stocked with trout. There is picnic area, camping, and boat ramp. The Woods Canyon Lake Store and Marina rents boats, sells snacks, fishing licenses and supplies. Wonderful hiking trails as well.

General stores in Forest Lakes are SEASONAL
Forest Lakes General Store and The Rim Resort & Gas are ONLY open April thru October. If you need ice or firewood - you will need to stop in Payson on your way up. The other option is to drive to Heber which is 20 minutes east of Forest Lakes on Hwy 260.
