Langebaan Golf Course

Spend some time on the golf course at the Langebaan Country Club and see if you can get a hole in one! This course is a links-type course and was designed by William Kerr. The course is designed as a figure of 8 and is an 18-hole champiionship course and is 6185 metres long. Don't let the man-made lake (water hazard) on the 18th hole, a par 5, throw you off your game. For those wanting to relax after the round you can enjoy a bevarage at the 19th hole or if you game needs a bit of work spend a few hours at the putting green or driving range.

Cycling in and around Langebaan

The West Coast National Park mountain bike trail is not particularly challenging but offers stunning vantages in the park and over the lagoon. The Red route is a bit more difficult, with a short but steep climb up to Seeberg view point. The Langebaan Challenge take place annually each November.

Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned bowman, you can book exciting archery (under accredited coaches) or visit their bow shop. Shoot at 23 different, life-sized 3D rubber animal targets and choose whether to bring your own bow or rent one out. Lessons are by appointment only and cost R150 per lesson. (The additional R150 for bow hire and 3D archery are not included in this per person cost).
