Construction
Waco is about 15 years behind on traffic issues. The growth of Baylor University, the establishment of Magnolia, in the influx of newcomers to the area—they have all pushed the limits on infrastructure. Expect major construction on I-35, downtown, and on Baylor campus. I would suggest finding alternative routes when traveling on interstate 35.
