Getting around

Getting to Orcas Island

There are three ways to get to the Island, Washington State Ferries, private boat or by airplane. Washington State Ferries - a round trip ferry reservation is recommended as the ferries often fill up in the summer and on weekends. https://wsdot.wa.gov/ferries Marina - Brandts Landing marina is just down the street from our house. They have some transient moorage, a boat launch and trailer storage. https://brandtslandingmarina.net/ Airport - The Port of Orcas airport is next to the marina, about a mile from the house. http://www.portoforcas.com/
