Great pizza spot in Houston. I grew up in NYC so this pizza is quite delicious. Also, Axerad bar is next door so you can literally walk to this bar for an adult beverage :)

Also make sure to check out the lake and sand area at the Susan Garver Discovery Garden. Bring some good walking shoes and get ready to enjoy a nice walk. Check their website for tickets.
Great place to come for a walk! Great place for pictures. Walk through the garden and spiral up to get to the top of the mound. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall. You can also see herbs and vegetables growing in a section of the garden.
