Cedar City is home to Southern Utah University, the famous Shakespeare Festival, and numerous other outdoor events and festivals including the Utah Games and rodeos. Just 20 minutes above the city is Cedar Breaks Nat'l Monument with breathtaking views. Drive 45 min north to Brian Head Ski Resort for a day on the slopes or 45 min south to St. George. Cedar City is an excellent base for touring the sites of southern Utah.

You will need a car to get around.

Don't worry about winter roads. They are cleared quickly and no 4WD is needed to get to our home.
