The stairs when you come in are quite intimidating, so take your time! The view of the valley, the reason for the name "Valley Mills", is spectacular and the wine is unbelievable.
My personal favorite is a brand new red they have released called Mourvedre. I prefer slightly sweet wines while most of my friends enjoy drier wines. This is a perfect balance between the two and I have yet to find someone who does not thoroughly love a glass of Mourvedre.
They have light fare to go with your sipping so plan ahead to grab something if your are famished!
