The food and the set up is amazing. The seating is build like a horse shoe around the station where the cook cooks and entertains you. Everything is freshly cooked right in front of you. Wear some old or not that clean clothing, because they will ask if you like to try catching food with your mouth. Just go there for the fun of it or tell them its your birthday. They will come to your table and sing and bring some birthday cake.

Don't miss this hidden gem! Drive thru railroad car that serves the MOST delicious breakfast burritos, homemade tortillas and sandwiches, located next to the Gold Hill store and gas station. Check it out on facebook for their hours of operation. Great reviews!

Super yummy Mediterranean and European Cafe. Vegetarian friendly with Vegan and or gluten free options. A great place for brunch. Careful where you park, I got a fat ticket which ended up in an not so inexpensive breakfast!

Great place to visit, a little bit on the higher price point but total worse it if you are looking for locally raised food and that special experience. Great for anniversaries. Must visit! This place is the greatest Restaurant here in Fairbanks. They offer Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and have the best price tag. The food is plenty and super delicious. My favorite so far!

You will Need a Car, and in Winter with WINTER TIRES!
In Winter you will need "NON-Studded Winter Tires". Do NOT get "All Season Tires". Don't underestimate the winter conditions here. Without them you will NOT be able to come up OUR DRIVEWAY. Make sure the car is winterized when moving here!
