This beach is just north of the airport. You drive over a lava road which can be interesting! It's a great beach with lots of shade. We have seen lots of turtles there too.

Off course the best and closet beach is right at the condo! Lots of locals, good bogie boarding too. Just be careful if the surf is too high. It's fun to watch the locals from the comfort of your beach chairs! No driving is always a bonus too.
