Short drive to this really nice forest walk. Takes you to the top of the Clermont Cairn where you can experience breathtaking views of Dundalk Town and Bay, Carlingford Lough, Slieve Gullion and the Mourne Mountains.

Short drive to this enjoyable mountain hike with great views of the Irish Sea and the surrounding countryside. Also a lovely cafe "Synge and Byrne" to relax and enjoy coffee, food and chat at the start and end of your walk.

Really worth a visit. This could be tied in with your walk up Slieve Gullion. Look at for the Peacock on the grounds.
