Getting around
Metro trains are the best way to get around in the DC area.
The metro lines also take you to surrounding areas, including Reagan airport. Bus stops near our house will take you to the closest metro stops.
What to pack
If you sightsee, bring walk shoes
There is lots of ground to cover in/around DC, so be sure to bring shoes that will give your feet a break.
