One of our favorite restaurants. “Full on flavor” in every dish. The menu is far broader than Ramen and note the noodles in Ramen is fresh and hand made. Worth the experience.

For that special night out during your trip, Roots is an excellent choice. Incredible atmosphere in a sister building to the old Princeton train station. Several great food options in addition to the signature steak selection. We tend to sit at the very long bar in our visits.

The artisanal ice cream shop was the only one from New Jersey to make the list “best ice cream” compiled by Thrillist. “This is a place where seasonality is king, and while you can always get a top-notch traditional flavor or a modified classic (think Habanero Chocolate), the place is also doing the kind of flavor experimentation normally reserved for the chemistry lab," the magazine wrote.
