City advice

Getting around

The subway trains + buses are the best!

You are in an excellent location for accessing Manhattan and the rest of Brooklyn! You can take the J train (5 min walk) straight to Williamsburg and Manhattan. You can take the C train (5 min walk) to the rest of Bed-Stuy, Ft. Greene, Park Slope, Dumbo, and Manhattan and SoHo. You can take the L train (10 min walk) to Bushwick, Williamsburg, Union Square, and Chelsea. You can take the B60 bus (across the street) to Williamsburg.
Customs and culture

Welcome to a Diverse Neighborhood!

This is an amazingly diverse neighborhood! Please be respectful of and ENJOY the many types of people that live here. It is VERY SAFE, and expect people to say "hi" to you on the street. Our neighbors are super friendly and will talk your ear off if you let them!

Natural Wine

Try natural wine while you’re in Brooklyn! It’s very funky, and you can find it at most restaurants
