So many good hiking trails around! We love Friend's Trail. There is less challenging route at the beginning or a more steppingstones version but the views of the river at the top are worth it! You can take swim suits and river shoes and get in the water in a few places. There are rapids though. There are other trails as well! We love them all!

Challenging but fun! Wear your life jackets and check water levels. We liked this one because it ends near where your cars are parked! They bus will bus your to the drop off point but the ending is a short walk back to you car! The dads flipped over but were not hurt. Kids and moms did fine and the teens loved it!!
