Ubers/ Lyft aren't available on the island but Taxi and Buses are.
Public transportation (Buses) are available around the island and are more affordable than taxi. Buses can range between $1.00 - $3.50 depending on your route.
For being able to tour the island on your own time and at a more cost effective rate, it would be best renting a car.
