Whenever the temperature is right, we go over to the communal "kids pool" which opens with fresh water every day the temperature will be above 20 C. Its surrounding playground is the best place for everyone with kids from ~2 - till ~8 years in age.
You can also spot inner city health freaks doing their workouts any time between sunrise and sunset.
