Was/Is chef-hatted (Australia's version of Michelin) and has to-die-for views of Whale Beach and the Pacific Ocean.
It is a MUST on my list...make the time to go!
If you have time and the money, a degustation lunch/dinner is highly recommended. It also boasts one of the most extensive wine lists around, for the connoisseurs. Otherwise, just go there for a quick coffee and sweet treat, or even better a quick tipple or cocktail and take in the sweeping views...
