My favorite restaurant in the city, hands down. For both breakfast and Dinner! And with the food tasting this good, you'd think it'd be pricy, but it's not too expensive for what it offers. Just one more reason to love it even more. I bring all my guests here. Everything is delicious here, but their hummus platter, Lamb tagine and Bastilla are my personal favorites that I always order. And you must order their Moroccan mint tea with half sugar(otherwise it's too sweet), it goes incredibly well with the food. Definitely go here, and thank me later :)

Cute Japanese dessert shop that I always bring my friends to. There's often a line but it's worth the wait if you like Japanese dessert and tea.

If you want creative dessert experience, give this place a try! Not only do all their dessert look like a work of art, they taste very good, too. I recommend their set menu where you can choose 3 different kinds together.

Best pizza I've ever had in NYC, and in my life. Their soho square is ADDICTING. Get their classic if you like the thin crust, that's also good too.

This place is a club but Airbnb site won't let me select the right category, strange... Anyways, a great place to dance! The place plays mostly pop songs and the crowd is a bit young, but it's always fun to stop by.

CHEAP and AMAZING. Best paninis ever?! Became local favorite and now there's always a line (ugh) but it's just too good to stop going. I miss the days when it was more of a hidden gem. Try to go there during odd hours to avoid the long line.

Drinks & Nightlife

This is my favorite Speakeasy bar around the neighborhood. These fancy Japanese bartenders surely know how to make fantastic cocktails. The place is tiny and the mood is very intimate, perfect for a date night spot. You'll love the film noir vibe of this place and their excellent service as well.

Favorite dive bar to pregame the night, because of their cheap drinks and best pickleback shots. A pickleback is a type of shot wherein a shot of whiskey is chased by a shot of pickle juice, and if you've never tried it and think it's gross, all I have to tell you is that you NEED to give it a try. I think it's a NY thing, because I've learned about it in NY, but it's seriously the best way to drink whiskey.

I love this bar for their great happy hour deals and their love for 90s hiphop. It's a bit divey, but on the nicer side. Sometimes it gets dancy around midnight and I take full advantage of it!

Kind of overrated and there's always a line, but I've also had one of the best dancy nights here so I had to include it. This place is a typical Lower East Side grungy dancy bar. I usually like the upstairs music better but there's often a small cover charge to enter that area.

No Fun could be a lot of fun on a lucky day and a total sweaty hotbox on a bad night. My feelings are mixed for this place, but we always stop by when we're out dancing in the hood.

I didn't know if I should put this under entertainment or a bar... but it's a burlesque bar. They offer free burlesque shows about twice a week and it's super fun (but don't go there for a first date like I did. Way too awkward place for a first date). You should check their calendar for details.

A brand new roof top bar right around the corner from my place. The bar is called Mr. Purple and it's pretty nice! Kinda reminds me of Jimmy at the James, another popular rooftop bar that I like, but closer.
