There’s a bus stop just up from summerhall venue . Walk straight outside the flat walk 100m take a right onto the main road and then take a left past the play park and up to bucleuch street here you can jump on a bus inton town. You can pay for the buses by contactless or cash-need to have change)

Walk out the flat straight to the meadow park keep heading north and towns about 20-25 minutes walk. You can either walk a block East and head into the East end of Edinburgh.if you stick on Causewayside road and continue you’ll end up going down the mound Or If you head up to the meadows and cut through you’ll end up heading down to the West end.

You can park in the bays around the flat free Monday to Friday 1730-0830 or Saturday and Sundays. If you’re visiting during the week and need to park for a long time we would recommend you drive 3 blocks south (10mins walk)to Fountainhall Road or south from there There is free parking here, just keen an eye on the odd bay which is restricted (to stop people commuting parking)
