There are quite a few places to stop and eat along A1A Beach Blvd. Our favorites are Salt Life, Sunset Grill, Obi’s for burgers, Burrito Works Taco Shop, and Mango Mangoes. The beach is super relaxing and usually not overly crowded.

Princess Place Preserve is a peaceful, scenic park, where you can hike, fish, kayak, and enjoy nature. There, you can see a house where a Prince & Princess once lived, and also belonged to Henry Flagler. It is also home to one of the first spring fed swimming pools.

We love the serenity and novelty of this beautiful park. The peacocks greet you with their splendor and unusual cries. You can sample water from the fountain itself and visit the planetarium to find out how the Spanish explorers found their way to Saint Augustine.
