Most people come in the evening, personally I prefer morning is the best time with fresh air and morning sunlight.

Anchored by Jaya Grocer, they have most of the chain stores available here that you'd expect to find in bigger malls. They even have a cinema at the top floor! Parking area is a little small but still ample enough to find a spot.
