This is your best bet if you want Louisiana style food at a reasonable price in the downtown area. It is fun to walk along the river before or after your meal.

Further from the house than other options but reasonably priced cajun food. They serve alligator and crayfish year round. Very spicy!

We highly recommend trying a frozen daiquiri from the drive-thru stands while in Louisiana. You can get them here or at Thrifty Liquor. Cajun Daiquiris has B1G1 Free from 4-7 pm on Weekdays.
