This boat ramp is not very busy. It is part of the state park but you don't have to pay to use this area.
Nice place to hike around and fish. This is a great place to put in for kayaking or canoing. We often use the ramp to wade in and swim. The first few steps can be a little slippery.
The rocky pier next to the boat ramp is great for catching the sun set.

Great place for boating, hiking, mountain bike trails, and swimming. There is a boat ramp close to the house that we use often. And there is much more to see around the lake. You can take a nice drive across the dam or rent a boat down at the marina.

Beautiful old down town full of locally owned shops, great resteraunts, live music, theaters, and more. They have live music in the parks in the summer and farmers markets throughout the week. Satuarday morning is the big farmers market.
