You are a 5 minute drive from downtown Gulfport. They are on the bay side with a small beach complete with volley ball courts, picnic tables, playgrounds and parks. Downtown offers plenty of great restaurants, shops and bars. There is a long boardwalk for exercise or scenic views.

Quaint little restaurant resembling a diner right off of the beach. Offers exquisite wine and delish food. Seafood, steak and pasta just to name a few. Don’t forget to check out Bongo’s downstairs bar right on the beach afterwards!

Great little breakfast/brunch and coffee spot. Stop here in the morning before you walk around the artistic Gulfport boardwalk. Sandwich and iced cold (or hot) drinks are delicious.

Pick something up to make at home or get sandwiches for lunch. This place won’t disappoint. It’s my go to spot for all occasions necessities.

BEST MEXICAN on the beach! Order the queso and the skinny margaritas (they are strong). The Philly steak burrito is also bomb. Enjoy!

The Dali is an amazing museum that offers incredible insight into the artworks and life of Salvador Dali. Not to mention it’s in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg right on the water. Right next to the pier, restaurants, shops, hotels and parks. Perfect adventure for a rainy Florida day!
