Less than a 10 minute drive from Rushing River retreat you can be exploring the 40 minute underground tour of the once bustling gold mine located in the heart of historic Dahlonega.
You can tube, canoe, or kayak, from this spot back down the Chestatee River to Rushing River Retreat. The trip will take approximately 2 1/2 hrs to complete in a tube with a paddle.
