Travelling to St Ives is a lovely thing to do, but can be a complete nightmare in the summer months to park. We highly recommend taking the train. Park in St Erth’s park and ride and enjoy a stress free day. You can also take the train from Hayle and change at St Erth. Alternatively you can take a bus. The train journey loops the dunes of Porth Kidney beach and the views are exquisite

Sightseeing

Porthcurno is a beautiful beach in its own right, but if you are organised you can pair it with a trip to the beautiful Minack Theatre, nestled in the cliffs, and watch one of the many productions held there.
