yoga and wellness

The yoga classes are great. the studio is beautiful. it's just up the block from Cushnock brewery and pizza and a few blocks from the Augusta farmers market. I recommend you pair a yoga class with either of these other things. there are also massage folks and body workers here. Jason, who is both a massage therapist and owner of the studio will come to the cabin. the bunk house works well as a massage suite. he's come out to do massages for us a few times.
