Fantastic food & very cool vibes! Based at Hawkesfield where there is also a deli/wine shop, several funky shops & a florist. Well worth a visit.

I love this place! Catch the ferry to Rock from Padstow & walk up the slipway to the Blue Tomato. It's not cheap, but the portions are huge & the food is awesome. The views across the estuary are stunning & you can take a walk along Rock beach & up to the top of Brae Hill afterwards for one of the best views in Cornwall! (can get very busy, so choose your time wisely!)

Sightseeing

Padstow is a beautiful working harbour. It gets mega busy in summer, but if you walk out of town along the estuary, the crowds soon disappear & you'll be rewarded with the best views. Take a picnic & bottle of wine with you & sit & enjoy it on Tregirls beach. On rainy days you can mooch around the many shops & galleries, or have a round of crazy golf at Greens Cafe.

Entertainment & Activities

Hire bikes at either Padstow or Wadebridge & cycle along the stunning Camel estuary. It's about 5 miles from Padstow to Wadebridge along a flat, traffic free route. Stunning views & cafes at either end & along the route in summer. Does get very busy at times.

The Eden Project is about 30 minutes drive away & well worth a visit. You can easily spend an entire day there & there's always plenty of stuff going on. Best to check on their website for the latest activities. The Sky Wire is an epic additional activity to book there!

On a clear day, hike up to the highest spot in Cornwall for a 360 degree view!! If you're lucky, you might spot the starling murmurations around the woods near the car parks!
