burned down 2 years ago, help support them! My mom worked down the street at Ruth Albert's, era 1950's ( gone now), and Ruth's cook left and took the famous pie recipes with her! Vida Cafe used to be her pie shop.

The McKenzie Bridge General Store now has a great food place there called The Obsidian Grill". They even serve cold beer at the counter and have a covered area to eat and enjoy...with big TV too!Free wifi here!

Go over the dam..yes...you can drive over it. The fish hatchery and the giant Sturgeon are really worth the visit .Picnic tables in the area for lunch.
