Free WiFi and always copies of the daily paper. They moved the cake operation several storefronts down in the Hillsdale Shopping center (see "The Cakery")

It's a city park but really its a great viewpoint from which to get a feel of the entire Portland area. If the weather is nice bring a camera and a picnic lunch. Closes at sundown.
