A recycled fire station which is now a cafe, and some of the best views in Dunedin. Amazing harbour views if you can nab a window side seat. Plus the food and coffee are stunning to match the views!

Cafe in a delightful garden setting, small selection of food. Carry on to the beaches nearby, drive back over Blueskin Bay Road (not in icy conditions) to get some amazing views over the harbour and Port Chalmers. Note: road is windy and narrow in places, take care!

One of my big time favs. Watch the surf straight out the window - amazing! Italian style menu, wood fired pizzas, gorgeous coffee - try the wee house specialty with your coffee - baclava. To die for! It's very popular weekends both day and night, so go early or just enjoy the wait while you watch the passing scenery. Continue onto the beach for a great walk.
