Just everybody from the neighborhood comes to café de Tuin during the day. It's open every day from 10:00 pm for coffee and lunch. The food isn't all that good to be honest but the atmosphere makes up for it. Expect a very crowed lively café at night during weekends when a younger crowd takes over.
It's located in the prettiest street in the Jordaan because of the view of Amsterdams main tower the Westertoren.
