These sandwiches are killer! The marinated tofu banh mi is surprisingly awesome and one of our go-tos. They have quite the selection of beers on tap as well.

While it looks like a haul from Eastlake, it really is only a ten minute drive. Grab an Uber and you won't have to worry about parking or how many handcrafted cocktails you have! Their charcuterie selection is outstanding. And fries. Have something with the fries- steak frites or moules frites.

If you are searching for the ultimate banh mi, you must stop here for a #1. The key is to order at the counter, not the register. People will be standing in line waiting FOR their order, not TO order. Then you'll move to the register to pay. But like any good local hole-in-the-wall, it won't be obvious how the system works.

This place is even more busy since it was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Get in before 9:30a or you'll be on the waiting list (which is outside the door). Typical breakfast/brunch fare. There's always an awesome daily special.

The Zoo is your typical neighborhood bar. Cash only and the bartenders will chastise you for not knowing that. Pool in the back.

Not sure why this is only showing as a pharmacy, but this is the closest grocery store. Take Lakeview to Belmont for the fastest route.

Get one of your own iconic shots of Seattle with the Space Needle and Mt Rainier from this park. It can be touristy, but the view is worth it. It's also a nice neighborhood to take a walk around.
