This is just a sampling of the hundreds of restaurants here in the valley. Due to Covid, we haven’t visited many of them for over a year. We do know many are short staffed, so we will ask for patience on their behalf. If you find a place that you love, let us know! If one of our recommendations don’t live up to your expectations, please let us know that as well. We also highly recommend reservations, especially for lunch and dinner.

Locally owned great Thai restaurant. They also have a nice selection of sushi. Located just west of Eagle road on Fairview. We also enjoy their sister restaurant, Rice in Eagle. They have beautiful outdoor seating.

Our greenbelt is the gem of Boise. Accessible from Eagle road (just north of us), it’s more than 30 miles long and goes all the way to Lucky Peak Dam. Beautiful for walking or biking.

700 W Jefferson StAnn Frank Memorial. The only memorial to Ann Frank in the country, this is a moving monument to her. Located on the greenbelt downtown, it’s worth a stop. Located at 777 S. 8th St. It’s also not far from The Cottonwood Grill, a beautiful spot for lunch or dinner.
