Food Scene

The food is fantastic and fresh of a Lebanese style and well-priced. You can call in your order also (I've left their card on my fridge) and bring the food home as I often do :)

Singaporean street food cuisine with a hugely authentic and buzzing atmosphere. Head out for food or drinks or both! They have a kiosk at Atwater Market and a fab restaurant at 3721 Notre Dame Ouest, Montreal, QC H4C 1P8, Canada, which is closer to my place for sit down meals and drinks.

Hip Hip bar & eatery with a chalkboard menu listing items like raw oysters & fresh pastas, plus drinks. Named after the architect, Ludger, who designed the St-Henri fire station, which is just next door and around the corner from my place, and the iconic Atwater Market clock tower. A wee bit pricier than my other local favs but open on Mondays when others are closed in addition to other days . Great for something a bit more romantic - often frequented by couples.

One of Montreal's best and most iconic vintage diners. Be sure to order the poutine and pop a quarter into your table's very own mini duke box to listen to the likes of Roy Orbison or Elvis.
