Archaeological site of Choirokitia Neolithic Settlement: Occupied from the 7th to the 4th millennium B.C., is one of the most important prehistoric sites in the eastern Mediterranean. It's remains and finds from the excavations here have thrown much light on the evolution of human society in this key region. Since only part of the site has been excavated, it forms an exceptional archaeological reserve for future study.
One of must-see places while on Cyprus. Especially that it is one of around thousand places on UNESCO WH List.

Golden Donkey Farm - Skarinou: Golden donkey farm is located in Skarinou village. It accommodates approximately 200 donkeys. The farm was built based on our love and care for sustaining this traditional animal, native to Cyprus.
The main reason for establishing the farm, was to protect the donkey which are becoming extinct. Once you enter the farm, you come across a very old olive tree, perhaps the oldest in Cyprus.
A botanical garden surrounds the farm. The perfume of the garden’s herbs accompanies the visitors in every step they take. Basil, lavender, oregano and other herbs create a magnificent atmosphere with their distinct smell and colors. Discover and explore the winery, see the well

Golden Donkey Farm - Skarinou: Golden donkey farm is located in Skarinou village. It accommodates approximately 200 donkeys. The farm was built based on our love and care for sustaining this traditional animal, native to Cyprus.

Governors Beach: Located between Larnaca and Limassol, a well know black sandy beach with shallow bays and coves between the fascinating white flat rocks (outcrop from the beach to the sea) Nice beach for children. Lifeguards on duty from 11am until 6pm in season. There are also nature trails from here through the hills. Interesting rock formations and lovely beach for kids

The Church of the Holy Cross - Pano Lefkara: The magnificent Lefkara Church is dedicated to the Holy Cross and dates back to the 14th century. According to the byzantinologist Athanasios Papageorgiou the eastern part of the Church dates back to the 14th century, namely after considering rescued frescoes behind the church’s iconostasis. This date is also confirmed by the metrical “Olivianos’ inscription”, which appears at the bottom of the Lefkara Golden Cross. There is written evidence that Olivianos was a Lefkara Bishop in 1307 during the occupation period by the Franks.

Lefkara Village: A traditional village where homes are built from the stone of the land. Narrow cobbled streets will take you back in time. The village is famous for the Lefkara embroidery. A village not to be missed.
