Two beautiful waterfalls deep in a gorge under the most beautiful mountains in Slovenia.
Parking just behind the bridge, at the address: Zgornje Rute 4, Gozd Martuljek. After walk about 30 minutes to the lower waterfall, it's a very simple way. Further the path is more difficult, you need hiking poles and shoes. Between the waterfalls on the high mountain plateau we have wonderful restaurant PRI IGNOTU in the hut, works in the summer.

Further the path is more difficult, you need hiking poles and shoes. Between the waterfalls on the high mountain plateau we have wonderful restaurant PRI IGNOTU in the hut, works in the summer.
Beautiful route of medium difficulty, in May and June all the fields around in blooming daffodils.

One of the 3 valleys in the Triglav National park, which leads to the TRIGLAV, full day hike, very scenic and not steep route. You can park your car near the mountain hut at address: Radovna 19, Zgornje Gorje, or even further into the valley, if the condition of the road surface allows (it depends on the season).

I recommend to go to the opening time to enjoy nature without a crowd of tourists. From Mojstrana you can get there by picturesque forest road 907 through the Triglav National park. I highly recommend choosing this way.
After visiting Vintgar, you can continue your journey to Lake Bled:)

I recommend to go to the opening time to enjoy nature without a crowd of tourists. From Mojstrana you can get there by picturesque forest road 907 through the Triglav National park. I highly recommend choosing this way.
After visiting Vintgar, you can continue your journey to Lake Bled:)

А small lake where you can swim in summer is located inside Triglav Park, 10 minutes drive from the Mojstrana along the beautiful road 907 half way to the lake Bled. Half of the lake Kreda is a private property, and the other half is open to everyone.
