It is a pub (even though I had to select a category it isn't really "nightlife") - a good honest pub with pool table and lovely courtyard. The food is great but it can get busy on weeknights.

Scenic World is a must see if you are visiting the Mountains. Cablecars, skyway, scenic railway down to a spectacular rainforest walk.

Wasn't sure what category this one should be listed under. The Carrington is a gorgeous heritage hotel right in the middle of town. You can pop in for a coffee or a drink at Champagne Charlie's bar. Worth just sitting and taking in the atmosphere.

A lesser known waterfall. If you want to avoid the tourist throngs this is recommended. A little more difficult to find but well worth it. 1.3km trail starts at Mini Ha Ha Reserve Carpark. The track leads to the base of the falls where you can swim.

Leura Mall is packed with interesting and unique gift shops. A pleasant walk down the Mall is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Chocolates, jewellery, handcrafts and vintage shops galore!
