Good restaurants including the Pier House on the harbour front. Wreckers and the Longstore overlook the harbour walls. The Rashleigh Pub opposite the Boatshed, casual dining.

Lostwithiel is reknown for festivals: March -Beer, May -Lostfest culture, June -Gin, July-Carnival, August -song, September -Cider & Produce, December -Dickensian.

5 minutes drive. Enticing walking along leats and the river, through the woods the hide industrial relics and giant boulders. This is possibly my favourite place.
