Since I'm working, we offer breakfast only on request for a surcharge of 12.00 per breakfast per person. We are centrally located in the valley. In winter, the ski bus stops right in front of our ski cellar. We strive to offer a balanced price-performance ratio and look forward to welcoming each guest.

The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants.
