Host very helpful and friendly. It's my second book with the same host. The place is big and clean.

I could enjoy my holiday thanks to the perfect house. The view was great from the balcony and roof top. And the pool was good to relax my mind and body. The house was clean and has everything I need to stay over a week. I want to stay again.

It was a Cousy and spacious place for a group of 8-9 paxs. With huge bathrooms,hall and dinning. We had a wonderful stay

This is a perfect little villa, our family has had a nice vacation here and I will stay here again next time in Kota Kinabalu.

WOW - an amazing 5D/4N. 5 glorious days of relaxing: 2+h snorkeling trips every morning & even longer trips in the afternoons, fishing from the "flying banana", swimming with green turtles, evenings chilling on a private deck in the hammocks or ocean swing & just time to breathe & discover island life (outside of the westernised veneer of the resorts). It takes less than 30min to circumnavigate Mabul at a leisurely pace. We met Reed & Nor as hosts & guests but became friends. With no running hot water (that said the cold showers were refreshing & very welcome), no air con (in 39+ C but fans in our bedroom with a full opening wall to the deck provided more than adequate ventilation) & sporadic electricity it is not for everyone but adds to the authenticity of living on the island (& with power banks was no issue at all). Al (boat driver & turtle spotter 🐢 extrodinaire) & Ry (house helper) couldn't have been kinder when stepping up to run lodge unexpectedly. Amazing meals & perfect stay

Our stay was perfect for our needs. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short grab ride away from the town centre and other places of interest. The place was clean and comfortable, and the air on excellent. Marc was very helpful and communicative from the start, and also provided useful tips about local places of interest. We were also able to check in early which was great for us after several hours of travelling. Although a few more cups/glasses would be useful it wasn’t a problem for us as we were out exploring for most of the time. I would absolutely recommend Marc’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if I was in the area again.

I recently checked in at Komfy Villa Kundasang, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience! The hospitality here is exceptional; the staff made me feel so welcomed and ensured that all my needs were met with a smile. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness is top-notch, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, with lush greenery and a peaceful ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. And of course, the highlight is the stunning view of Mount Kinabalu – waking up to that majestic sight every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with incredible views, excellent service, and immaculate facilities, Komfy Villa Kundasang is the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended!

Spacious place! Recommended to big family…

A great 3D2N stay at Hidden Hill (Kibq House). Located on the mountain and view was breathtaking. Place was clean, spacious and well equipped. Staffs were responsive and attentive to our needs.

Very nice and cozy place, kitchen are well equipped too. Recommended !

I was very happy with the place. Besides the usual hiccups of a home, everything else was great. Thank you for hosting us. Looking forward to booking it again whenever we head back to Sandakan.

Full accessibility from scheduled to final check in communication The host, elivane, was a particularly nice little lady who added vx in advance to inform us of the clearly clearly marked directions for both the pictures and the video gave us an early check in to this early daytime for 30° KK, with the three big suitcases we were really life-saving!Entire room was as clean as on the pictures!The location is right on the Mercure Hotel, on the edge of Chestton Marina, a 5-minute walk away, and a 10-minute walk to the greater Dawn Plaza in the local area 15 minutes on foot is Gaya Street, there is also a public pool on the top 25 floors of the hotel where you can see Jayston Marina pool is open until 8pm.

Best Airbnb & host I've ever experienced!

pros: very good location, walking distance (abt 15min) to Gaya street (but the weather is too hot so we still took a grab). also not far from the beach and airport The host was very responsive. The house is large and easy to check in. rooms are clean. good for a group stay. Overall worth the price! cons: It's near the airport, so sometimes the noise of airplanes is annoying. The flow of the shower head is weak...

We all enjoyed our stay at Xuan’s place. Among all the airbnb we chose in Malaysia, it is no doubt the most home like place. It is super clean and has everything we need. The location is great for our last stay in kk as it is super close to shopping centre and the airport.

Yo-Yo is a wonderful host, was always ready to help us and help us. The apartment is perfectly located above the shopping center, which has a huge number of shops (including a grocery store), cafes and restaurants. They already wrote about the planes that fly over the house, but they did not bother us at all. On the contrary, it was interesting to see them and take great photos. The apartment itself is spacious and very cozy, we really liked it there. There is a fruit and seafood market within a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which was also convenient.

Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay at Noels apartment. We work remotely and were very comfortable here with high speed internet and a desk. The apartment is well equipped and has a nice balcony overlooking the pool. A lot of shops around and easy location to get a taxi from or order food to. Thank you for everything 😊

We enjoyed our short stay in this appartement. It is very good equipped and was a perfect option for our family. Especially because there is a possibility to wash and dry/hang your clothes.
